She’s barely aged since she shot to fame on our TV screens playing Rachel Green in much-loved sitcom Friends.

Although she’s been in the limelight for over a decade, Jennifer still has one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood.

The 47-year-old actress spilled her top beauty hacks to People magazine after the publication voted her world’s hottest woman in 2016.

Exercise

The stunning star keeps her hourglass figure in check with a gruelling exercise regime.

Jennifer works out for about an hour six days a week, switching up her routine with three spin-yoga classes, three days of weight training and bouts of cardio at home.

Speaking about how she stays motivated, Jennifer said: “Just to do it. Bite the bullet. Just bite the bullet and do it.

“Think of a wonderful pasta or Mexican meal that you want to have on the weekend and dangle that in front of you like a little carrot.”

Diet

Jennifer kick-starts her day with a detoxing cup of hot water and lemon because “it’s great to put that alkaline into your body first thing in the morning.”

After that the American beauty will guzzle down a coffee and opt for a protein shake for breakfast.

She said: “I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk.

“You can see I like chocolate-flavoured. I don’t like protein taste.”

When she starts feeling peckish, Jennifer snacks on a hard-boiled egg a few hours after her shake and then opts for a lean lunch of seared tuna steak with a cucumber and lentil salad.

If she needs another mini meal before dinner she’ll grab a cheese stick or a cup of soup and then dine on roast chicken with spiralised courgette in the evening.

One of Jennifer’s best tips for staving off ageing is gobbling plenty of supplements.

She’s always been famed for her luscious locks and had millions of people asking for the “Rachel” haircut in the nineties but Jennifer revealed she pops Viviscal pills to maintain hair health.

Jennifer said: “I’ve got a healthy bag of vitamins I take three times a day, like Viviscal and your basic omegas and vitamin C. Good stuff.”
